How I Work
I spend most days designing agentic AI— Claude Code agents, custom MCP servers, agent skills, LLM orchestration — that automates the connective tissue most businesses still handle by hand: correspondence, research, project coordination, internal ops. Years of shipping production software give me the instincts to know which problems are actually agent-shaped and which aren't.
Fifteen years as an Army National Guard Officer shaped how I lead the work. Commanding soldiers through emergency response operations teaches you to plan for what goes wrong, communicate when things are loud, and deliver when it matters.
