    How I Work

    I spend most days as a Forward Deployed Engineer for agentic AI: Claude Code agents, custom MCP servers, skills, and orchestration, embedded where the work actually happens. Years of shipping production software give me the instincts to know which problems are agent-shaped and which aren't.

    Fifteen years as an Army National Guard Officer shaped how I lead the work. Commanding soldiers through emergency response teaches you to plan for what goes wrong and to communicate clearly when things get loud.
